There are a wide range of local pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets.

 

Countryman Inn at Piece is the 'Local' 1/2 a mile down the road which serves a good range of real ales and good food.

 

For that special occasion the Castle Restaurant on the summit of Carn Brea is well worth a visit. Prices are very reasonable and the food excellent and the atmosphere can only be described as unique.

The cuisine is middle eastern and setting reminicent of the middle ages. Its a unique experience which you will not forget

There is a pub in the village of Four Lanes, 'The Sportsman' about 2miles away.

Of course the towns in the area boast a range of pubs, restaurants, take-aways and shops.

 

Its a bit of a drive to Country Skittles in Townshend near Leedstown, but if you have children then its probably worth a visit. In addition to serving good value food, there as is the name suggest an automated skittles alley, a bit like a cut down version of 10 pin bowling.

There are also a wide range of pub games, shooting gallery, mini-golf and a range of table and board games available. Ideal for a night out with the family and birthday celebrations and the like.
