Terms & Conditions

We try not to have many Terms & Conditions, but it is necessary to have a few:-

  • Payment is normally required by cheque, but we are also able to accept PayPal.  Please make cheques payable to C Pollard.
  • It is advisable to contact us ahead of submitting your booking to ensure that the property is available. We will then reserve it for you for seven days to allow time for your deposit to reach us by post.
To reserve the property prior to forwarding your booking, to check availability or for further information please contact us either by email or phone.
  • Deposits are  non refundable
  • It is essential that you let us know immediately you become aware that you are unable to take up the accommodation. We will also require any cancellation confirmed in writing.
  • Bedding, towels, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Please bring your own beach towel.
  • Any breakages should be reported so that we can make sure that the full equipment level is maintained. Guests will be charged for any substantial damages caused by their own negligence
